The Customer Service Representative will respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing clear information on credit repair services and financial tools. Daily responsibilities include reviewing client credit reports, explaining credit factors, and guiding clients through customized action plans for improving their credit profiles. The role also involves documenting interactions in CRM systems, monitoring client progress, and following up to ensure timely resolution of issues and a positive experience. The representative will collaborate with team members to refine service processes, contribute feedback on client needs, and support educational initiatives that promote financial literacy.
**Qualifications**
- Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Experience.
- Ability to drive Customer Satisfaction and work effectively as a Customer Service Representative.
- Previous experience with credit repair, credit reports, or consumer finance is highly beneficial.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in simple terms.
- Comfort using CRM or customer support software, and basic proficiency with common office applications.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to confidentiality and ethical practices.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing client needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or certification in finance, credit counseling, or related fields is a plus.
