**Position: Architect or Civil / Mechanical Engineer**

**Job Description:**
The Architect/Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and supervising facade projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and aesthetics.
The position involves collaborating with various local and international partner teams to ensure the successful realization of projects.
Ø
**Main Duties and Responsibilities:**
• Develop and break down facade projects in detail, ensuring they are functional, aesthetic, and durable.
• Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and other documentation necessary for project implementation.
• Monitor the facade manufacturing process to ensure that the product meets project requirements and quality standards.
• Coordinate with site engineer to identify technical issues that may arise during different project phases.
• Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure their requirements are met and provide professional advice on facade design and implementation.

**Qualifications and Skills Required:**
• University degree in Architecture or Civil/Mechanical Engineering.
• 2 – 5 years of experience in the relevant field, preferably with experience in facade industry.
• Advanced and strong proficiency in AutoCAD and other design and modeling software.
• Experience in project management, including planning, coordination, and site supervision.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate effectively with clients, teams, and stakeholders.
