**
Role Description**
The Lawyer will provide legal counsel and representation to clients in a variety of cases, including
**white collar crime**
, advisory, transactional, and litigation matters. Daily responsibilities include drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents, preparing case files and legal opinions, and conducting legal research on applicable laws and regulations. The role also involves attending client meetings, representing clients before courts, SPAK, GJKKO, and administrative bodies, and collaborating closely with colleagues to develop effective legal strategies. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Tirana, requiring consistent presence at the office to support client matters and participate in internal case discussions.

**Qualifications**

- Strong skills in legal research, analysis, and drafting of contracts, pleadings, and legal opinions.
- Experience min 3 years with litigation procedures, SPAK, GJKKO, case preparation, and representation before courts or public authorities.
- Proficiency in client communication, negotiation, and advisory work, with the ability to explain complex issues clearly.
- Knowledge of Albanian law and relevant regulations in civil, commercial, tax, and administrative matters.
- Law degree from an accredited institution; bar admission in Albania or eligibility to be admitted.
- High ethical standards, discretion, and respect for confidentiality in all professional activities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple cases and deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with standard office and legal research software.
- Fluency in Albanian and good command of English; knowledge of other languages is an asset.
- Prior experience in a law firm or legal department is preferred, particularly in litigation or tax-related matters.
