**Job Title: Demand Success Manager**
**Location: On-site, Delijorgji Complex, Tirana, Albania**
**Employment Type: Full-time**
**Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00**
**Role Description:**
We are looking for a proactive and analytical Demand Success Manager / Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships within the mobile marketing and digital advertising industry, ensuring clients receive continuous support and achieve strong campaign performance.
You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to optimize campaigns, solve technical and strategic challenges, and build long-term client relationships.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients through daily communication and ongoing support.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using mobile attribution platforms such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, and Kochava.
- Implement and optimize VTA (View-Through Attribution), CTA (Click-Through Attribution), and deep linking solutions (OneLink).
- Analyze campaign data to identify issues, optimization opportunities, and performance improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Supply Success Managers and Operations teams, to provide effective solutions for clients.
- Support the onboarding process and train new clients on platform usage and best practices.
- Coordinate priorities and ensure client requests are handled efficiently and on time.
- Provide strategic recommendations to improve campaign results and client satisfaction.
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in Account Management, Client Success, Digital Advertising, or Mobile Marketing.
- Strong understanding of mobile attribution and performance marketing concepts.
- Experience working with platforms such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Kochava is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and relationship management abilities.
- High level of English proficiency, both written and spoken.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
