- Administer, maintain, and optimize VMware ESXi virtualization environments
- Manage and support Windows Server infrastructures and Active Directory services
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot networking components, including routing and basic firewall management
- Administer and maintain storage systems, including RAID and SAN environments
- Manage, monitor, and support Linux-based systems
- Ensure the reliability and effectiveness of backup systems and related processes
- Support and manage containerized environments based on Docker and Kubernetes
- Administer and maintain VoIP platforms, including Asterisk and Cisco solutions
- Monitor system performance and ensure the availability, stability, and security of the IT infrastructure
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues across servers, networks, storage, and virtualization platforms
- Collaborate with internal teams to support business-critical IT operations and continuous infrastructure improvement initiatives.

- 1-8 years of experience in System Administration and Infrastructure Management
- Excellent knowledge of virtualization technologies, with strong expertise in VMware ESXi
- Extensive experience in managing Windows Server environments and Active Directory
