**Role Description**
The Transport Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Skopje. This position coordinates daily transport operations, including planning routes, scheduling shipments, and monitoring deliveries by road, sea, and air. The role involves tracking cargo status, resolving transport issues, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and applicable regulations. The Transport Specialist collaborates with warehouse staff, drivers, carriers, and customers to maintain accurate documentation, optimize transit times, and control transport costs. The role also includes analyzing transport performance data, updating systems, and contributing to continuous improvement of logistics processes.
**Qualifications**
- Candidates should possess strong Transportation Planning and Transportation Management skills.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, monitor KPIs, and optimize routes and costs.
- Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, partners, and customers.
- Candidates should possess Operations Management skills to oversee day-to-day transport activities and ensure process efficiency.
- Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations is beneficial.
- Proficiency with transport management systems and MS Office tools (especially Excel) is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple shipments and deadlines are important.
- Relevant vocational training or a degree in logistics, transportation, business, or a related field is an advantage.
