Purpose of the Role:**
To ensure that all 14 Billa showrooms (own + franchise) meet the required standards and that projects are executed according to plan, timeline, and budget.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Create and maintain “A/B/C packages” (store standards based on size + display).
- Set weekly/monthly priorities: which stores are impacted and why.
- Approve interventions: materials, panels, lighting, signage, and construction works.
- Coordinate with: Operations / Sales / Procurement / Finance.
- Maintain a Project Tracker: tasks, costs, deadlines, and status.
- Make final decisions in case of conflicts (space vs display vs budget).
- Conduct monthly store performance reviews (audit + photos + issues).
- For franchises: enforce discipline through audit → action list → re-audit.
**Qualifications:**
- University degree in: Business Management / Retail Management / Marketing / Visual Merchandising.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in: Retail Space Planning / Visual Merchandising / Store Network Management.
- Strong knowledge in: Space optimization / Planograms / Standardization of A/B/C concepts / Category & margin-based display design.
- Experience using: AutoCAD / SketchUp / design tools (advantage).
- Ability to set strategic priorities.
