Job Summary
We are seeking qualified Inspectors to monitor and supervise construction activities within their respective disciplines: Civil, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC. The successful candidates will ensure that all works comply with approved drawings, technical specifications, applicable standards, and project quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and monitor construction and installation works within the assigned discipline.
- Verify compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, applicable codes, and project requirements.
- Review technical documentation, shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
- Identify and report non-conformities, defective workmanship, and deviations from approved designs.
- Monitor the quality of materials, equipment, and installation works.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
- Maintain accurate inspection records, site reports, and progress documentation.
- Participate in site inspections, testing, and commissioning activities, where applicable.
- Ensure compliance with applicable health, safety, and environmental requirements.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant discipline, depending on the position.
- Relevant experience in construction supervision, site inspection, or quality control.
- Good knowledge of technical drawings, construction methods, specifications, and applicable standards.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, coordination, and reporting abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant technical software and MS Office is an advantage.
2. MEP Supervision Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced MEP Supervision Manager to lead and coordinate the supervision of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works across the project. The successful candidate will oversee the implementation and quality of building services installations, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure compliance with approved designs, technical specifications, project schedules, and applicable regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the supervision of all MEP works, including mechanical systems, electrical installations, plumbing, drainage, and HVAC.
- Manage and coordinate the activities of the discipline Inspectors, ensuring effective supervision and communication across all MEP work packages.
- Review technical drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and other technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with approved designs, contractual requirements, applicable codes, and project specifications.
- Monitor construction progress, workmanship, installation quality, and compliance with project schedules.
- Identify technical issues, design discrepancies, and coordination conflicts, and facilitate their timely resolution.
- Coordinate with civil, structural, architectural, and other project teams to ensure the proper integration of building systems.
- Oversee inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover activities for MEP systems.
- Monitor non-conformities and ensure that corrective actions are implemented effectively.
- Participate in technical and progress meetings and report on project status, quality issues, and potential risks.
- Ensure compliance with applicable health, safety, and environmental requirements.
- Prepare and review progress reports, inspection records, and technical assessments.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and HVAC systems, as well as applicable codes and standards.
- Experience reviewing technical documentation, resolving site coordination issues, and overseeing testing and commissioning.
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant technical software; knowledge of AutoCAD and BIM coordination tools is an advantage.
