Required Knowledge and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality engineering, preferably in the automotive industry or wire harness manufacturing.
- Knowledge of quality management systems, particularly ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
- Familiarity with quality tools and methodologies, including FMEA, 8D problem-solving, Root Cause Analysis, SPC, and APQP/PPAP.
- Ability to analyze quality data, identify non-conformities, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Experience with process audits, product inspections, and continuous improvement activities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with production, engineering, and other departments.
- Good command of English; knowledge of Turkish is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality and customer satisfaction.
