**Online ESL Teachers (Albania - Tirana/Durres)**
We need high-energy freelance ESL teachers for an immediate start.
This is a 100% remote role teaching 1-on-1 interactive lessons using the ClassIn application.
🕒 The Daytime Schedule
- Your Local Time: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Perfect daytime hours! Aligns with 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM Beijing Peak Hours).
- Location: 100% Home-Based freelance role.
- Bookings: This is a freelance partner role. Your schedule fills up through direct bookings from students' parents—high-energy teachers with big smiles and great props get booked the most!
📌 Simple Requirements
- High enthusiasm, warmth, and great energy with children (ages 4–12).
- Willingness to learn and teach using the ClassIn software.
- A colorful, kid-friendly setup or standard ESL teaching background (e.g., educational posters, ABCs, or bright decorations).
- Good lighting, a reliable headset, and a strong internet connection.
- Online teaching experience or a TEFL certificate is preferred (but not mandatory).
