**Role Description**
This is a full-time, hybrid Real Estate Agent role based in Tirana, with some flexibility to work from home. The Real Estate Agent will manage a portfolio of properties, conduct property viewings, and guide clients through buying, selling, and renting processes. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and following up with leads, preparing and presenting listings, negotiating offers, and coordinating contracts and documentation. The role involves maintaining strong client relationships, providing market insights, and ensuring a professional, client-centered experience. The Real Estate Agent will collaborate with the Century 21 Gold Albania team to meet sales targets and uphold brand and service standards.
- Strong Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing transactions.
- Excellent Customer Service skills with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
- Good knowledge of the Tirana real estate market and local regulations is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse clients and stakeholders.
