Your Responsibilities

- Welcome guests warmly and professionally.
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle reservations, phone calls, and guest inquiries.
- Provide accurate information about resort services and facilities.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure an excellent guest experience.
- Maintain professional standards and ensure guest satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Basic computer skills and good organizational abilities.
- A professional, responsible, and positive attitude.
- Previous experience in hotel reception is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays when required.
