**Role Description**
This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Tirana, Albania. The Real Estate Agent will manage and grow a portfolio of residential and commercial properties, including listing, marketing, and conducting property viewings. Responsibilities include advising clients on market conditions, pricing, and legal requirements, preparing and reviewing contracts, and coordinating rental and sales transactions from first contact to closing. The role involves maintaining strong, long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants, ensuring a high level of customer service throughout each interaction. The Real Estate Agent will collaborate closely with the office team, participate in training, and contribute to the office’s performance and digital presence.
**Qualifications**
- Possession of a valid Real Estate License and solid understanding of local Real Property regulations.
- Demonstrated experience in Real Estate transactions, including listing, marketing, negotiation, and closing.
- Strong Sales skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
- Excellent Customer Service abilities, with a focus on building trust-based, long-term client relationships.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Albanian; proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a structured, performance-driven environment and collaborate within a professional team.
- Good digital literacy, including use of CRM systems, online listing platforms, and social media marketing.
- Previous experience in real estate in Tirana or surrounding areas is highly beneficial.
