We are now looking for a Marketing Specialist — someone sharp, self-driven, and ready to own our entire marketing function. If you thrive on variety, move fast, and care deeply about the details, this is your role.
**What will you do:**
You will take full ownership of marketing across Zero Group, 365lab, and our partner brands. From content strategy and SEO to social media, email campaigns, and influencer partnerships — you plan it, create it, publish it, and measure it. No narrow lane. One person, full ownership.
**Responsibilities**
>
Develop and execute marketing strategy across all brands and channels
>
Create content for social media, blog, website, and email campaigns
>
Manage all social channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube)
>
Run SEO: keyword research, on-page optimization, content planning
>
Design and execute email campaigns (newsletters, sequences, announcements)
>
Identify, contact, and manage creator/influencer partnerships
>
Run basic paid ad experiments (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
>
Create basic visual content with Canva and CapCut
>
Report marketing KPIs weekly/monthly to CEO
**Must Have**
3+ years of experience in digital marketing Strong copywriting skills in both Albanian and English SEO and content optimization knowledge Social media management and community engagement experience Hands-on experience with: Publer, Ahrefs, Outrank, Framer, Canva, CapCut Extreme attention to detail — zero tolerance for errors Proactive mindset — sees what needs doing and does it Taste, aesthetic sense, and a sense of humor Full-time, in-office commitment — no freelancing on the side
**Nice to Have**

Experience in tech, SaaS, or B2B marketing
>
Familiarity with Odoo CRM or Marketing modules
>
Experience with marketing automation (Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign)
>
Portfolio with measurable campaign results
>
Startup or small-team experience where you wore many hats
>
Knowledge of Albanian and regional market dynamics
>
Basic HTML/CSS (for email templates or landing page tweaks)
>
Comfort with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude)
