Porsche Albania sh.p.k. is the official importer and exclusive retailer of Skoda, SEAT, VW PKW and Audi in Albania and retailer for Volkswagen Commercial Cars. For further development of our business in Tirana we are searching for a new team member.
****Brief Role Description****
This role covers accounting and associated tasks, works on daily update of accounting entries for business activity. Offers assistance during accounting & administrative duties within department, as required and assures support during the month/year end closing process.
****Possible Tasks within this Role****
**Accounting**
- Book banks transactions daily
- Prepare Bank Transfers
- Calculate & book imports (NW, SP, Others)
- Calculate travel expenses
**Administration**
- General administration of finance office & archive
- Assist Fixed Assets Inventory and label new assets
- Support on maintenance of sales documents (contracts files & debtors files)
**Reporting**
- Cash & Banks monthly report
- Travel expenses report
- Inventory in transit
- Company cars report
- Monthly Import Summary
**General**
- Support the month/year end closing process
- Reporting to superiors on time and with high quality.
****Qualification requirements****
- University Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business administration or similar fields.
- Practical experience in accounting, good understanding of standard accounting principles.
- Maintenance of high level of communication with customers and colleagues.
- Personal achievement drive, attention to details, being organized and proactive.
- Good communication skills and a high degree of customer orientation
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Good knowledge of English, knowledge of German language is a plus
