**Role Overview**
The Senior Electrical Engineer will lead and coordinate all electrical engineering activities for the Sazan Project, covering temporary and permanent power systems. The role focuses on design development, technical review, constructability, and phased capacity planning suitable for an island-based development.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and review electrical design development from concept through IFC stages.
- Coordinate electrical systems including MV/LV networks, substations, generators, lighting, earthing, and lightning protection.
- Review electrical load calculations, single-line diagrams, layouts, and specifications prepared by consultants.
- Ensure electrical systems are designed for phased implementation and future expansion.
- Support early works including temporary power supply, generators, site distribution, and construction utilities.
- Coordinate electrical interfaces with mechanical, civil, structural, and architectural disciplines.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project design criteria.
- Provide technical support during construction, including resolving site issues and responding to RFIs.
- Identify electrical risks and contribute to mitigation strategies and value engineering where applicable.
**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 12-15 years of relevant electrical engineering experience.
- Experience on large-scale developments, infrastructure, or hospitality/resort projects.
- Strong knowledge of power generation, distribution, and temporary power systems.
- Experience working within Design & Build & EPC project environments.
