**Role Description**
The Afterhours and Maintenance role is a full-time hybrid position based in Skopje, with a mix of on-site work and the possibility to work from home. This role involves monitoring and coordinating afterhours trucking operations, responding to driver and customer inquiries, and ensuring timely communication regarding loads, schedules, and any operational issues that arise outside regular business hours. The position also supports maintenance coordination by tracking vehicle status, scheduling necessary repairs or inspections, and communicating with mechanics and service providers. Day-to-day responsibilities include updating internal systems, maintaining accurate records of incidents and maintenance activities, escalating urgent issues, and collaborating with dispatch and operations teams to keep trucks road-ready and compliant with company standards. The role requires proactive problem-solving, clear communication, and a strong focus on safety and service continuity.
**Qualifications**
- Ability to coordinate afterhours operations, including incident handling, schedule changes, and driver support.
- Experience or interest in basic fleet or vehicle maintenance coordination, such as scheduling service and tracking repair status.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with drivers, customers, and internal teams in a clear and professional manner.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks, maintain records, and prioritize urgent issues.
- Comfort using computers and software tools for updating logs, tracking loads, and documenting maintenance activities.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make sound decisions under time pressure, especially during night or weekend hours.
- Willingness to work flexible afterhours schedules, including evenings, nights, and/or weekends as needed.
- Previous experience in trucking, logistics, dispatch, or fleet operations is required

of at least 6 months in the same position is required.

based on experience $1500+ plus benefits.
