**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Specialist based in Tirana. The specialist will manage day-to-day sales activities, including:
- searching for new clients (retail, ecommerce, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, companies, etc.).
- identifying and generating new leads,
- securing customer relationships and ensuring sales objectives are met,
- gathering feedback from the market.
Responsibilities also include consulting with customers, delivering exceptional service, managing sales operations, and working collaboratively with internal teams to maximize business growth opportunities.
**Qualifications**
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in Sales and Lead Generation
- Experience in managing Sales Operations
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Fluency in Albanian and English
- Prior experience in B2B sales is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM platforms
