Web Developer (Partner Project – Italy)
We are seeking a
**talented and proactive Web Developer**
to join projects delivered for one of our
**strategic partners based in Italy**
. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver who thrives in collaborative environments and is capable of taking ownership of initiatives, from concept to delivery.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, maintain, and continuously improve modern websites and web-based tools that support business growth and user engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and optimize websites and web applications
- Revise, edit, proofread, and enhance web content to ensure quality, performance, and consistency
- Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, product owners, and other stakeholders to improve overall user experience
- Manage and execute design and development tasks throughout the full web development lifecycle
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement, innovation, and optimization
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Integrity is a must
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, and
**JavaScript**
- Proficiency in at least one server-side technology such as
**Java,**
PHP,
**Node.js,**
Python, or Ruby
- Strong ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize workload in a dynamic environment
- **Good working knowledge of both English and Italian**
(written and spoken)
Nice to Have
- Experience working in international or remote teams
- Familiarity with modern frameworks, CMS platforms, or version control systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to code quality
