A well-established company is seeking to hire an experienced and practical Architect to support their projects throughout the Tirana region. The successful candidate will be involved in both the design and construction phases, ensuring that architectural concepts are correctly developed and implemented on site. This position requires close collaboration with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and site teams. The Architect will provide practical solutions to design and construction challenges, assist with material selection, and help bring each project to successful completion.
Detyrat
- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, drawings, and detailed designs.
- Review, coordinate, and follow designs prepared by internal or external architects and consultants.
- Prepare and update technical drawings, construction details, and project documentation.
- Visit construction sites regularly to monitor progress and ensure that work follows the approved design.
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Identify design or construction issues and provide practical, timely solutions.
- Coordinate architectural work with structural, mechanical, electrical, and other technical disciplines.
- Select and recommend appropriate construction materials, finishes, fixtures, and architectural products.
- Communicate with suppliers and review material samples and technical specifications.
- Support projects during the finishing and finalization stages.
- Assist with quality control and the preparation of snagging or punch lists.
- Ensure that designs comply with project requirements, applicable regulations, budgets, and deadlines.
- Report project progress and important site issues to management.
Kualifikimet
- Degree in Architecture.
- Previous professional experience in architecture and construction.
- Good understanding of construction methods, materials, detailing, and site processes.
- Proficiency in architectural software such as Revit and AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of additional programs such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, Rhino, Archicad, or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Albanian language skills are strongly preferred.
