In this role, you’ll help keep systems running smoothly, support users professionally, and contribute to a high-quality customer experience.
What you’ll do:
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for users and systems.
• Assist with Device Troubleshouting, Linux systems and basic network management.
• Help maintain a smooth and reliable support experience for customers.
• Work closely with the team to resolve issues efficiently.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction through clear communication and professional support.
What we’re looking for:
• Knowledge of technical support and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Linux systems and network basics is a plus.
• Database management knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Fluent English.
• Previous experience in technical support is a plus.
• Currently pursuing or holding a degree in IT or a related field.
Additional details:
• Full-time, on-site role in Tirana.
• Rotating 24/7 shift schedule.
• Training/intern period included in the hiring process.
