ProRecruit is looking for an experienced
**Fundraiser / Grant Writer**
to join an international team and lead efforts to identify and writes grants for
**international donors, foundations, and other funding institutions**
.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify relevant funding opportunities
- Write and coordinate
**grant proposals in English**
- Develop concept notes, project proposals, budgets, and supporting documents
- Build and maintain relationships with donors and international partners
- Develop NGO partnerships and consortiums
- Manage applications from opportunity identification through submission and follow-up
- Support grant agreements, contracts, reporting, and donor communication
Requirements
- **3+ years of experience**
in NGO fundraising, grant writing, donor relations, or international development
- Proven experience with
**EU and/or US-funded programs**
- Excellent written and spoken
**English**
- Strong research, writing, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience with grant agreements and donor requirements
- Proven experience
**securing funding**
is highly preferred
- Ability to work
**full-time on-site in Tirana**
