Sales Assistant- Norstat France

**About the role**
You will join the French team of 15 people, based in Biarritz and Paris, and work closely with Tom Longeron, Head of Sales. You will support the quotation and sales process for both quantitative and qualitative studies. Two team members are also based in Skopje.
It is a young, dynamic team where you will be encouraged to contribute to the team spirit and collaborate closely with colleagues across different locations.
**Main Missions**
- Prepare quotes for quantitative and qualitative studies for Norstat France’s clients, using our feasibility checker and pricing tools, including AI-powered automation.
- Support the sales team with standard Sales Assistant responsibilities, including CRM updates, order tracking, sales documentation, and coordination between Sales and Project Management.
- In the longer term, contribute to managing customer relationships.
You will receive full onboarding on our internal processes, systems, and tools.

**Candidate Profile**
- Junior or early-career profile.
- Comfortable working with a French team and international stakeholders in a remote environment.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- French language skills are a strong advantage, with at least a basic level preferred.
- Interest in or previous exposure to the market research industry is a strong plus.
- Fast, responsive, and able to execute tasks efficiently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive, energetic, and solution-oriented mindset.
