This role owns that creative pipeline. You will study what our strongest competitors are running, understand why it converts, and produce our own versions using AI generation tools — closely adapting proven formulas where they work and improving or reinventing them where they do not. Alongside this, you will support our product team by researching competitor apps and documenting their on boarding experiences to identify flows worth adopting. The role is approximately 70–80% creative production and 20–30% research. This is a junior position, and we care far more about taste, speed, curiosity, and what you can create than about years of experience on a CV.

Key Responsibilities:

- Produce video and static ad creative for our apps using AI generation tools, with tools and training provided by the company.
- Adapt each creative to the formats and aspect ratios required by different advertising placements.
- Research competitor ad libraries to identify creatives, concepts, and angles that are performing well in our categories.
- Rebuild proven creative concepts for our own apps and continuously iterate on them to improve performance.
- Produce and revise creative assets at volume, with a strong focus on continuous testing rather than over-polishing individual assets.
- Download and review competitor apps, documenting their on-boarding journeys step by step and highlighting strong and weak points.
- Package high-potential competitor flows into clear, re viewable documentation for the Product team.
- Maintain organized records of prompts, versions, references, and creative learning so successful approaches can be repeated.

Requirements:

- A strong instinct for short-form video, including what captures attention in the first two seconds and what makes people stop scrolling.
- Hands-on comfort with AI image or video generation tools and the patience to refine prompts until the output is right.
- Basic video editing skills, including trimming, cutting to length, adding text and captions, and exporting to specification.
- Excellent attention to detail, including correct aspect ratios, clean framing, and ensuring key content is not cropped.
- Ability to work quickly, iterate frequently, and respond well to feedback without becoming overly attached to individual creative outputs.
- Clear written communication and the ability to document research and findings so colleagues can act on them without repeating the work.
- Curiosity about why ads and app experiences work, with a habit of noticing creative patterns and user experiences in everyday digital content.
- No formal degree or agency background is required. A portfolio, personal video project, social account, or other examples of what you can create are highly valued.
