🚨 WE ARE HIRING: Architectural Engineer (Construction / Solar PV) 🚨
POWERCHINA JEPCC (Skopje Branch) is actively seeking a qualified Architectural Engineer to supervise building-related works and architectural finishes for our 20MW Bitola and 10MW Oslomej Solar PV Projects in North Macedonia!
⚠️ CRITICAL REQUIREMENT (MANDATORY)
📜 Authorization / Licence A: Applicants MUST hold an active, verifiable Licence A for the execution of construction works, issued or recognized by KOAI (Chamber of Certified Architects and Certified Engineers of North Macedonia). Applications without a valid Licence A cannot be considered.
🏛️ Key Technical Scope & Responsibilities:
🏗️ Building Supervision: Plan and supervise daily architectural, finishing, and envelope works for Control, O&M, Substation, and auxiliary buildings.
🚪 Architectural Finishes: Manage internal partitions, doors, windows, flooring, roofing, waterproofing, insulation, façade, and painting works.
📐 Quality & Technical Compliance: Review drawings, material submittals, and samples; verify layouts, levels, and tolerances; coordinate QA/QC inspections.
🔀 Cross-Discipline Interface: Coordinate architectural requirements with civil, structural, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems to resolve site clashes.
📑 Authority & Close-out: Support technical acceptance, municipality/authority inspections, punch-list closure, and preparation of as-built documentation.
📌 Mandatory Candidate Profile:
🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from a recognized university.
💼 Experience: Minimum 3+ years of post-graduation construction site experience.
🇲🇰 Eligibility: Open to Macedonian Nationals (or candidates legally authorized to work in North Macedonia).
📍 Work Arrangement: Full-time, site-based in Bitola (with travel to Oslomej/Skopje as required).
🚗 Licence: Valid Category B driving licence.
🗣️ Languages: Working proficiency in English (Macedonian language strongly preferred).
📁 Mandatory Documents to Submit:
Updated CV in English (including a detailed project list)
Copy of University Degree (and official recognition/equivalence if applicable)
Copy of active KOAI Licence A (showing licence number and validity)
Copy of valid Category B Driving Licence
