We are looking for a
**site-based Mechanical Engineer with hands-on Solar PV construction experience**
to join our project team in Bitola.

**This is a PV field mechanical installation role — NOT an HVAC/MEP maintenance position.**

What You Will Be Responsible For

- Pile driving / ramming / drilling supervision
- PV mounting structure installation
- Tracker assembly and installation
- PV module mounting
- Torque checks and bolt tightening
- Structure alignment and installation tolerances
- Mechanical installation inspections and quality control
- Daily coordination with subcontractors and construction teams
- Monitoring site progress against drawings and schedule
- Coordination with Civil, Electrical, QA/QC and HSE teams
- Punch-list rectification and mechanical completion

Who We Are Looking For

- Bachelor’s degree in
**Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline**
- **Solar PV construction experience strongly preferred**
- Experience in
**utility-scale / ground-mounted solar projects**
is highly preferred
- Hands-on knowledge of
**piling, mounting structures, trackers and PV module installation**
- Able to read drawings, specifications and method statements
- Experience supervising subcontractors and site installation teams
- Good English communication skills
- **Local North Macedonian candidates preferred**
- Available to work
**on-site in Bitola**
