**Business Development Representative (Commercialist)**

**Position: Business Development Representative (Commercialist)**
- 2 open positions
**Required Qualifications**
- Education – Secondary or University degree; background in Economics, Marketing, or Business Administration will be considered an advantage
- Work experience – minimum 2 years in the same or similar role
- **Experience in the automotive industry**
will be considered a strong advantage
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office
- Driving license – category B
- English language proficiency (spoken and written) will be considered an advantage
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop new clients and business opportunities
- Maintain and enhance cooperation with existing clients
- Analyze the market, monitor industry trends, and identify new growth opportunities
- Visit clients and present products and services
- Prepare offers, contracts, and documentation, and monitor their implementation
- Achieve sales targets and build long-term partnerships
**Skills and Competencies**
- Communicative and positive personality
- Critical thinking
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Teamwork and willingness to learn
- Sensitivity to multiculturalism and non-discrimination
