**Waiter / Bartender – Food & Beverage Service (Accor)**
**Job Summary:**
Experienced hospitality professional with expertise in both restaurant and bar operations, providing exceptional guest service in line with 5-star Accor standards. Capable of working in either restaurant or bar environments depending on operational requirements and area of strongest experience.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Welcome guests and deliver professional, personalized service.
- Take and process food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve meals, cocktails, wines, spirits, and other beverages according to hotel standards.
- Provide menu and beverage recommendations to guests.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of restaurant and bar areas.
- Maintain knowledge of food, beverages, and promotions.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues professionally.
- Follow all hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol service procedures.
- Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
**Placement:**
Restaurant or Bar, based on the candidate's strongest area of experience and operational needs.
**Requirements**
- Previous experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel, restaurant, or bar.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant service and/or bar operations.
- Excellent communication and guest relations skills.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling is an advantage.
