Currently we are searching for a full-time Driver Recruiter to join the team in our office in Skopje
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Source, contact, and pre-screen CDL drivers through calls, databases, and online search methods.
- Review qualifications, run MVR/PSP reports, and verify compliance with DOT and company standards.
- Manage pre-employment steps including drug testing and onboarding coordination.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and track recruiting metrics.
- Collaborate with HR, Safety, and Operations to ensure efficient hiring and driver readiness.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum 6 months’ experience in recruiting, transportation, or related field (US market experience preferred).
- Strong English and Spanish verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with DOT regulations and tools for recruiting is an advantage.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
