**Role Description**
This is a full-time remote role for a Recruiter. The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent to meet the organization’s staffing needs. Key responsibilities include managing the end-to-end recruitment process, developing job postings, sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to make strategic hiring decisions. The role also involves maintaining talent pipelines, staying updated on recruitment trends, and fostering positive candidate experiences to support the company’s growth goals.
**Qualifications**
- Experience with Talent Acquisition, Sourcing, and Recruitment Strategies
- Strong Interviewing and Candidate Assessment skills
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Recruitment Tools
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously
- Knowledge of Labor Legislation and Hiring Best Practices
- Proficiency with Digital Technologies and Online Recruitment Platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience recruiting within the transportation, trucking, or logistics industry is a plus
