We are seeking a highly organized and proactive
**Logistics & Production Manager**
to join our team within a leading influencer marketing agency. You will be the operational backbone for some of their highest-profile brands, mastering end-to-end fulfillment, overseeing custom seeding box production, and managing key vendor relationships. Launching straight into major upcoming campaigns, you’ll keep trackers tight, budgets balanced, and shipping seamless - turning big creative influencer concepts into flawless physical reality.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Vendor Management:**
Source, vet, and manage relationships with external vendors and suppliers to ensure high-quality production.
- **Box Production Oversight:**
Supervise the end-to-end production of custom packaging and seeding boxes, ensuring strict adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints.
- **Cost & Contract Negotiation:**
Leverage existing industry contacts or build new relationships to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms with production partners.
- **End-to-End Fulfillment:**
Coordinate the seamless packing, shipping, and distribution of campaign materials and seeding kits.
- **Timeline Tracking:**
Manage complex shipping schedules, troubleshoot customs or courier delays, and ensure final delivery deadlines are met flawlessly.
- **Inventory Control:**
Oversee stock levels of production materials and finished goods.
- **Onboarding & Tool Management:**
Maintain and optimize internal tracker systems to keep all logistics data centralized.
- **Analytics & Reporting:**
Compile and analyze logistical data, shipping costs, and fulfillment success rates to provide regular reporting to the leadership team.
- **Cross-Functional Support:**
Step in to assist other teams with general project administration and operational support during lower-volume periods.
**Required Skills & Experience:**
- **Experience:**
1-2 years of proven operational and logistics management experience (agency, e-commerce fulfillment, or marketing background preferred).
- **Industry Network:**
Possessing an established network of production and fabrication vendor contacts is highly ideal.
- **Project Management Skills:**
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple moving parts, tight deadlines, and shifting priorities.
- **Tech Savvy:**
Comfortable utilizing data tracker systems, project management tools, and generating analytics reports.
- **Mindset:**
A problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is willing to be collaborative and flexible during slower operational periods.
