Are you passionate about telling compelling brand stories and delivering impactful digital campaigns? McCann is looking for a driven Digital Account Manager to join our outstanding team. If you thrive in a creative environment, excel at crafting engaging content, and have a talent for social media strategy, we want to meet you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and grow social media presence for client brands across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Develop, implement, and optimize social media campaigns aligned with brand objectives
- Craft tailored, high-quality content suited to each channel and audience
- Manage influencer partnerships and collaborations
- Monitor audience engagement, responding promptly and professionally to comments, messages, and reviews
- Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights using analytics and reporting tools
- Stay ahead of the latest digital trends and algorithm updates to keep our clients’ presence fresh and relevant
- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, bringing fresh ideas and creative concepts to client projects
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of agency experience in social media management
- Proven success driving engagement, traffic, and leads through creative campaigns
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects
- Proficiency with analytics and reporting platforms for social media
What We Offer:
- Flexible working hours: Start between 8:30–9:30 AM; finish between 4:30–5:30 PM
- "Home Office" flexibility: Work from home one day a week
