**About the Role:**
The GTM Strategist will play a key role in shaping how Thrasker’s clients launch, scale, and succeed in their markets. You’ll own the strategic roadmap for go-to-market campaigns — analyzing positioning, defining customer segments, crafting messaging frameworks, and aligning cross-functional teams to drive measurable growth. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, marketing, and execution, ideal for someone who thrives on data, creative problem-solving, and big-picture thinking.
**What You’ll Do:**
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new brands, product launches, and service offerings
- Conduct market, audience, and competitor analysis to identify positioning opportunities
- Define and refine ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and messaging frameworks
- Collaborate with creative, web, and performance teams to align launch deliverables
- Oversee campaign planning across paid media channels
- Work closely with account managers and digital specialists to ensure strategic execution
- Track, measure, and optimize GTM performance using analytics and feedback loops
- Present strategies, launch plans, and insights to both internal stakeholders and clients
**What We’re Looking For:**
- 4+ years of experience in marketing strategy, brand strategy, or GTM planning
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, paid social, email, automation)
- Proven success in product or service launches for B2B or B2C brands
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn insights into action
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Experience working with creative and performance marketing teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Strong/native written and spoken English
