We’re looking for a
**Project Operations Coordinator**

who lives and breathes influencer marketing to join one of our client’s teams. In this role, you’ll support influencer seeding projects for high-profile brands, helping with strategy, data analysis, quality checks and campaign execution. You’ll collaborate across teams, learn from experienced professionals, and contribute to campaigns that make a real impact.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Reporting & Performance Analytics:**

Lead the end-to-end tracking of all campaign KPIs. You will build and maintain client-facing dashboards, ensuring every post, story, and engagement metric is captured with 100% accuracy.
- **Campaign Operations & Data Management**

: Maintain internal databases, trackers, and CRM tools to ensure accurate and organised campaign data. Support QA checks across deliverables and reporting to minimise errors and ensure all information is aligned.
- **Data Storytelling:**

Translate raw data into clear, high-impact reports explaining "the why" behind the numbers, and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders to improve future campaign ROI.
- **Leadership & Collaboration:**

Coordinate workflow across teams, foster a collaborative environment, and share learnings to enhance agency-wide seeding strategies. Demonstrate initiative and a solutions-oriented mindset in all aspects of your work.

**Required Skills & Experience:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field;
- 1+ year of proven experience in project management, influencer marketing, or social media campaigns;
- Strong Excel skills with the ability to manage and analyze datasets;
- Comfortable analyzing data and reporting actionable insights;
- Familiar with (or eager to learn) influencer platforms like Traack, CreatorIQ, or Tribe, etc.;
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail; able to juggle multiple projects;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
