POWERCHINA JEPCC is looking for experienced
**HSE Officers**
to join our Utility-Scale Solar PV EPC Project in North Macedonia. If you are passionate about creating a safe work environment and have experience in large-scale construction or renewable energy projects, we'd like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Implement and monitor Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) requirements across the project.

✅ Conduct daily site inspections, toolbox talks, and risk assessments.

✅ Manage permit-to-work systems and support incident investigations.

✅ Ensure compliance with project specifications, company procedures, local regulations, and international HSE standards.

✅ Promote a strong safety culture and support continuous improvement in HSE performance.

Requirements

✔ Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in a relevant field.

✔ Minimum
**3–8 years**
of relevant experience in one or more of the following:

- Solar PV Projects
- Power Generation
- High Voltage Substations
- EPC Construction
- Renewable Energy
- Industrial or Infrastructure Projects

✔ Previous site construction experience is highly preferred.

✔ Good English communication skills.

✔ Experience working with international EPC contractors is an advantage
