**Role Overview**
We are looking for a
**Recruitment Specialist**
to join our team in Tirana. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes and supporting the company’s talent acquisition strategy.
**Key Responsibilities**
· Manage the full recruitment cycle: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection
· Collaborate closely with department heads to identify hiring needs and define job requirements
· Prepare and publish job advertisements across various platforms
· Maintain accurate recruitment data, reports, and documentation
· Ensure a smooth and professional onboarding experience for new hires
**Qualifications & Skills**
· Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
· Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills
· Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
· Experience with recruitment platforms, job portals, and ATS systems
· Analytical mindset with the ability to track and improve hiring metrics
· Fluent in Albanian and English (written and spoken)
· Highly organized and detail-oriented
· Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
· Experience in retail or large organizations is an advantage
