Phone Collector Officer – Early Collection Unit, Collection Department

As a PI Early Phone Collection Specialist, you will perform daily phone collection activities based on the prioritization established by the Team Leader in AutoDialer, maintaining high ethical standards and following the steps outlined in the Early Collection Strategies.

**What will you do:**

- Contact early warning customers by phone based on strategies followed by the bank.
- Contact customers in arrears by phone (with Auto dialer system) based on days past due and strategies followed by the bank.
- Inform and convince the client to pay the past due amount through a good communication.
- Perform the calls with customers of different buckets and queues based on the call scripts.
- Input data for every action taken in Collection Systems (Debt Manager, and Auto Dialer).
- Update data (phone numbers or addresses) for new customers.

**You need to have:**

- University Degree in Economics ore related fields.
- At least one year of relevant experience in the banking sector is preferred.
- Very good communication skills.
- Fast learner and very good interpersonal skills.
- Good English and computer skills.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
