We are looking for an experienced
**Senior DevOps / Cloud Platform Engineer**
to join our team and help build, operate, secure, and continuously improve our
**Glow cloud platform**
.
This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who enjoys solving complex infrastructure problems, working with Kubernetes and Azure, improving automation, strengthening security, and taking technical ownership from problem identification through implementation and operational support.
**🔧 What You’ll Work On**
**You will be involved in:**
**•**
Designing, managing, and troubleshooting
**Microsoft Azure infrastructure**
• Operating and improving
**Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)**
environments
• Building reusable infrastructure using
**Terraform / Infrastructure as Code (IaC)**
• Designing and maintaining
**Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines**
• Managing Azure networking, Entra ID, RBAC, Managed Identity, Workload Identity, Key Vault, Storage, Service Bus, Cosmos DB, PostgreSQL, Redis, and related services
• Improving Kubernetes security, workload isolation, access control, and platform standards
• Implementing DevSecOps practices across infrastructure and CI/CD
• Performing vulnerability assessments and authorized security testing
• Improving monitoring and observability using
**Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights**
• Troubleshooting complex infrastructure, Kubernetes, networking, authentication, deployment, and application issues
• Performing root-cause analysis and implementing long-term preventive improvements
• Supporting production deployments, incidents, platform upgrades, and infrastructure changes
• Identifying opportunities to automate repetitive operational activities
• Reviewing Azure resource utilization and supporting
**FinOps / cloud cost optimization**
• Maintaining technical, operational, security, and architecture documentation
• Working closely with developers, project managers, security teams, and other technical stakeholders
**🛠 Core Technical Skills**
We are looking for strong hands-on experience with:
**Microsoft Azure | AKS | Kubernetes | Docker | Terraform | Azure DevOps | CI/CD | Azure Networking | Entra ID | RBAC | Key Vault | Managed Identity | Workload Identity | Linux | Bash/PowerShell | Cloud Security**
Experience with the following would be highly valuable:
**Grafana | Prometheus | Loki | Application Insights | Azure Monitor | Defender for Cloud | Trivy | SonarQube/SonarCloud | Burp Suite | Vulnerability Assessment | API/Application Security Testing | Penetration Testing**
**🔐 Security & DevSecOps**
Security is an important part of this role.
You should be comfortable reviewing cloud, Kubernetes, container, network, identity, application, and CI/CD configurations from a security perspective.
Experience identifying vulnerabilities, validating findings, assessing technical risk, recommending remediation, and working with engineering teams to resolve security issues would be an advantage.
