**Role Description**
The Senior Architect is a full-time, on-site role based in Tirana, responsible for leading architectural design from concept through execution for residential and commercial projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing project designs, preparing drawings and technical documentation, coordinating with engineering and construction teams, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and European standards. The Senior Architect will oversee design reviews, support permitting processes, and manage stakeholder expectations, including clients and internal project teams. The role also involves mentoring junior architects, contributing to innovation in design and construction methods, and monitoring project progress to ensure quality, budget, and timeline adherence.
**Qualifications**
- Strong expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, detailed design, and technical drawing preparation.
- Experience in Project Management, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and monitor design activities across multiple projects.
- Knowledge of Integration between architectural design and structural, MEP, and other technical disciplines to ensure coherent project delivery.
- Familiarity with Software Development principles as they relate to design tools, BIM platforms, and digital workflows is an advantage.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, or similar) and strong understanding of building codes and regulations.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field, with several years of experience in senior or lead architectural roles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively on-site with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
- Proven ability to balance design quality, cost, and constructability, and a commitment to sustainable, innovative building solutions.
