**Role Description**
The Aluminium Window and Door Installer is a full-time, on-site role based in Tirana, Albania. This position involves installing aluminum windows, doors, and related systems at customer locations, ensuring that all products are fitted accurately, safely, and in accordance with technical specifications. Daily tasks include measuring and preparing openings, assembling frames, mounting glass and hardware, sealing and finishing installations, and performing basic adjustments or repairs as needed. The installer collaborates with fabrication and engineering teams, reads and interprets technical drawings, and uses hand and power tools to complete work efficiently. The role also includes maintaining a clean work area, following safety procedures, and interacting with clients in a professional manner.
**Qualifications**
- Experience with installation of aluminum windows, doors, and façade systems, including measuring, fitting, and finishing.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, construction plans, and product specifications.
- Proficiency in using common hand tools and power tools safely (e.g., drills, saws, level, measuring tape).
- Knowledge of construction site safety practices and willingness to follow company safety protocols.
- Strong attention to detail, precision in workmanship, and commitment to high-quality results.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and position frames and glass, and to work at heights when required.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work cooperatively with installers, engineers, and site supervisors.
- Previous experience in carpentry, metalwork, glazing, or a related trade is preferred.
- Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in construction or metal fabrication is an advantage.
