Italian and English speaking Customer Support Representative

 Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm CET

**Your Responsibilities**
:

- Provide customer support via calls, emails, chats;
- Manage social media messages;
- Answer general and order-related questions;
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate resolutions;
- Escalate complex issues to the technical department;
- Report to senior management on customers' feedback, complaints, quality etc.

You are our
**perfect candidate**
if you have:

- Experience in Customer support at least 2 year;
- Italian C1 level (fluent writing and speaking);
- English B2 level;
- Excellent organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Problem-resolution skills;
- Experience with CRM Genesis, Zendesk or any other
- Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a stressful situation, having empathy and patience when dealing with customer concerns, skills of active listening and attention to detail;
- Respect to the Customers, focus on helping ability, empathy;
- Self-employment. We will sign a contract with you as with independent businessman;

Laptop requirements:

- laptop with Windows 10 or 11, RAM 6GB, CPU i5, SSD 256GB, headset with microphone
