The role is responsible for overseeing and shaping company's corporate image, ensuring it remains consistent, recognisable, and aligned with the organisation's values and objectives over time.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Responsible for developing brand strategies, positioning and long-term goals;

• Responsible for monitoring industry trends, competitor activities and consumer behavior to identify opportunities;

• Plan, implement and supervise advertising and promotional campaigns;

• Maintaining brand integrity across all channels, including online/offline collateral and product packaging. • Managing budget to support initiatives and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success

• Working with internal teams (marketing, design) and external agencies to launch products and create content.

**Qualifications**

- Brand management and strategic thinking skills to effectively develop and implement marketing plans
- Experience in budgeting, performance tracking, and analyzing market trends
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to foster partnerships and collaboration
- Project management and organizational skills to lead promotional activities and events
- Proficiency in digital marketing and content creation for online visibility
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for decision-making
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Prior experience in retail or luxury markets is an advantage
