**Company Description**
Established in 1991 in Tirana, Albania, I&A International is a leading luxury retail company specializing in Jewelry, Watches, and Selective Retailing, including Fashion. With over 30 stores spanning Albania and neighboring regions, I&A has built strong partnerships with renowned brands such as Pandora, and Karl Lagerfeld. The role is responsible for overseeing and shaping company's corporate image, ensuring it remains consistent, recognisable, and aligned with the organisation's values and objectives over time.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Responsible for developing brand strategies, positioning and long-term goals;
• Responsible for monitoring industry trends, competitor activities and consumer behavior to identify opportunities;
• Plan, implement and supervise advertising and promotional campaigns;
• Maintaining brand integrity across all channels, including online/offline collateral and product packaging. • Managing budget to support initiatives and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success
• Working with internal teams (marketing, design) and external agencies to launch products and create content.
**Qualifications**
- Brand management and strategic thinking skills to effectively develop and implement marketing plans
- Experience in budgeting, performance tracking, and analyzing market trends
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to foster partnerships and collaboration
- Project management and organizational skills to lead promotional activities and events
- Proficiency in digital marketing and content creation for online visibility
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for decision-making
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Prior experience in retail or luxury markets is an advantage
