We’re looking for a creative Product Designer with strong design skills and experience using AI tools, with a passion for collectibles, toys, and pop culture. This role involves working across the full design process - from concept development to production-ready assets. **Duties and Responsibilities**
- Concept and sketch new toy and collectible ideas across multiple product lines (plush, vinyl figures, mystery packs, building sets, etc.)
- Use AI image generation tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL·E, etc.) to rapidly explore concepts and present multiple directions to the team and create turnaround drawings, renders and models.
- Use AI-assisted workflows to speed up repetitive tasks (colorways, pattern variants, style transfers).
- Creating cost sheets & tech packs.
- Researching/identifying trends in worlds of toys and collectibles.
**Required Skills**
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Experience with 3D modeling software (Blender, ZBrush, Rhino, or similar).
- Active, daily use of generative AI design tools within your workflow.
- Strong ability to collaborate within a team while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail, strong organization and time management skills, with confident interpersonal and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- A degree or an equivalent training in Graphic Design, or/and other relevant fields would be a plus.
