**Role Description**
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Full Stack Engineer based in Skopje. The Senior Full Stack Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and high-performing front-end and back-end systems. Day-to-day tasks include writing clean and efficient code, collaborating with cross-functional teams, optimizing application performance, and participating in code reviews. The role also involves solving complex technical problems and contributing to the architectural decisions to ensure seamless product delivery.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in Back-End Web Development and building robust server-side applications
- Strong skills in Front-End Development, including proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries
- Expertise in Full-Stack Development and the ability to integrate front-end and back-end systems
- Proficiency in Software Development with a focus on scalable and maintainable code
- Deep knowledge in creating responsive and user-friendly designs
- Strong problem-solving skills and understanding of software development best practices
- Experience with version control systems like Git
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work in a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
