**Your Daily Tasks**

- Own and manage production system uptime and functionality, including troubleshooting and identifying solutions for system and network issues
- Engage with concerned teams and stakeholders to identify and resolve issues
- Investigate incidents and provide periodic updates to customers regarding service status
- Track and monitor system status, identifying both areas of concern and operational growth opportunities
- Mitigate outages and system malfunctions to avoid customer impact and escalate issues based on urgency and priority
- Work with third-party service providers to resolve network and system issues
- Provide support for customer concerns related to last-mile connectivity
- Help build, improve, and expand the NOC team's capabilities
- Train and support team members in closing knowledge gaps
- Participate in ongoing projects and customer onboarding initiatives
- Conduct welcome calls with customers to introduce services and support onboarding
- Serve as a focal point for support and field engineering by understanding business use cases
- Contribute to continual service improvement by reviewing, updating, and creating operational processes and procedures

**The Qualifications We Seek**

- **1-3 years of experience**
as a
**Support Engineer (Tier 1-2), IT Systems Administrator, NOC Engineer, or Network Operations Engineer**
, preferably within web, cloud, networking, or information security environments -
**Required**
- Excellent oral and written communication skills -
**Required**
- Strong technical expertise in networking, TCP/IP, firewalls, and proxy servers
- Experience with ISP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, and HTTP/HTTPS
- Ability to read application system logs and identify relevant root causes of issues
- Strong troubleshooting skills with passion for solving complex technical problems in live production environments
- Experience working with Cloud and SaaS (Software as a Service) technology providers
- Familiarity with network and security protocols and standards
- Ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment while managing multiple simultaneous priorities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced operational setting
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a globally dispersed, cross-cultural team
