Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Support Specialist at SoftExpres in Tirana, Albania. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for technical support, troubleshooting, desktop computer maintenance, information technology assistance, and help desk support on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

- Technical Support and Help Desk Support skills
- Troubleshooting and Information Technology expertise
- Experience in Desktop Computer maintenance
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Relevant IT certifications or degree in Computer Science
