**Front Desk Receptionist**

Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk and client flow
- Handle bookings, rescheduling, and cancellations
- Respond to calls, WhatsApp, messages, and social media inquiries
- Welcome and assist clients professionally
- Coordinate with instructors and schedules
- Handle basic payments and tracking
Requirements
- Fluent
**Albanian and English (mandatory)**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable and professional appearance
- Organized, punctual, detail-oriented
- High energy, consistent, reliable
- Basic digital skills (email, booking systems, spreadsheets,excel)
Preferred
- Turkish (optional)
- Experience in client-facing roles or hospitality
- Experience with reservation applications like Team Up and Mind Body
