**Paid Ads Specialist (Remote)**
We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Ads Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, and Bing Ads.


**Key Responsibilities**
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing paid campaigns, monitoring performance metrics (CPL, CPR, CPM, CTR), optimizing landing pages, and delivering actionable insights to the team.


**Requirements**
Candidates must possess proven experience in paid advertising platforms, a strong analytical understanding of ad performance metrics, and demonstrated experience in lead generation. The ability to work independently and align with EST business hours is essential.


**Preferred Qualifications**
Experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, CRO strategies, and proficiency in Canva or Figma is considered an advantage.
