The role will focus on process automation, low‑code application development, and intelligent solutions that improve operational efficiency while complying with regulatory and operational standards.
**Responsibilities:**
- Analyze end‑to‑end banking processes to identify automation opportunities and efficiency gaps
- Map current workflows and design optimized future‑state processes aligned with regulatory and operational requirements
- Design, build, and deploy automation solutions using RPA platforms – Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Sharepoint)
- Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint
- Conduct root‑cause analysis to reduce manual effort, errors, and operational risks in designed processes
- Develop automation scripts, bots, and workflows that comply with internal security and compliance standards
- Work closely with multiple teams to gather requirements and align automation solutions.
- Collaborate with business units to translate functional requirements into scalable automation solutions
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and promote automation best practices across the Bank
**Qualification:**
- Experience in project management and coordination, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to analyze, design, develop and implement new processes or improve existing and increase efficiency
- Understanding of business process analysis and process optimization
- Ability to assess, identify, and explore opportunities for automation in different areas in the bank
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, who can also work independently and proactively
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical automation solutions
- Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken)
- Ability to work in a team and work under pressure with deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with good communication skills, both written and verbal, with internal and external stakeholders
- Hands‑on experience or prior exposure with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate; SharePoint as a data/process platform); expert‑level is not mandatory
