**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Paid Media Strategy:**
Plan, execute, and optimize Paid Ads campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) to drive conversions.
- **Social Media Marketing:**
Manage and oversee social media channels, ensuring content aligns with our brand voice and goals.
- **Marketing Strategy:**
Collaborate on high-level marketing strategies to grow brand awareness and sales.
- **Reporting:**
Analyze data to report on performance and suggest improvements.

**What We Are Looking For:**

- **Experience:**
Minimum
**2 years**
of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
- **Skillset:**
Strong knowledge of Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, and Social Media trends.
- **Language:**
Proficient in
**English**
(Written and Spoken) is a must.
- **Mindset:**
You are a strategic thinker who looks at the big picture but cares about the details.
